Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Tutoring Services: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session. To ensure a smooth process, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Clients are required to notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session. Notification Methods: Cancellations should be communicated through our official communication channels, including email or phone. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 24-hour period leading up to the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: A fee may be applicable for late cancellations. The specific amount will be communicated to clients upon enrollment or booking. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies or unexpected situations may occur. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances. Refund Policy: Refunds for late cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the reasons for cancellation. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule sessions without incurring additional charges, provided the rescheduling is done within the specified notice period.
