Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Tutoring Services: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session. To ensure a smooth process, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Clients are required to notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled tutoring session. Notification Methods: Cancellations should be communicated through our official communication channels, including email or phone. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 24-hour period leading up to the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations. Late Cancellation Fee: A fee may be applicable for late cancellations. The specific amount will be communicated to clients upon enrollment or booking. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies or unexpected situations may occur. In such cases, clients are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances. Refund Policy: Refunds for late cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the reasons for cancellation. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule sessions without incurring additional charges, provided the rescheduling is done within the specified notice period. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of our tutoring services and to respect the time and commitment of both tutors and clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
